Please be polite and absolute clear in discussion for your desired imagination.

All commissioned works are for the client's PERSONAL USE ONLY.

I reserve all the rights to reject a commission if the content of it is not suitable for me.

Commissions will take between 2 to 5 weeks to be delivered since they start. I will inform the client beforehand if I'm unable to deliver within expected time.

No bargain, no wholesale prices. These are luxury/non-essential "products", therefore they'll be paid as they are. If I have discounts in the future I'll let you know in my Social Media and Art Pages properly.

The accepted currency is in USD through Ko-Fi or Paypal invoice.

Full payment is required and 100% upfront to secure a slot in the queue.

Client has a 10 days window to make the payment after I confirmed to take their commission. I'll send a confirmation e-mail when I received the payment.

Client will be sent an e-mail / message informing when their commission has just started.

I will provide two rough sketches of the commissioned work for client to select their preferable design and confirm the details. A third sketch or a complete change of heart to get another sketch will cost extra (that will be charged before continuing your commissions).

Client get two corrections session on sketch phase. Requesting another corrections session after this point will cost extra.

I will update the process such as lineart or colouring on my Twitter page or may stream it on my Twitch (unless client tells me otherwise not to).

The client may request one Work In Progress screenshot (free of charge) at least 1 week after your commission has started. (Please be respectful and DO NOT rush me for check-in). At least two check-ins are allowed for full body render commission in the interval of weeks.

If changes are needed after the final submission of the completed piece, it is free of charge for SMALL changes (such as fixing a colouring mistake).

Extra fees will be incurred if you want MAJOR changes (such as a different pose or outfit, new background, redraw) to be made for your commission.

Final images will be sent to you at 300 DPI letter size or legal size HQ .jpegs and/or .png files, RGB color profile, depending on what you request. They'll include my signature somewhere. The client may receive it by e-mail or any preferred contact (eg. Discord / Twitter).

I, the artist, claim every right over my works, not the client. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with it or display everywhere to my liking (eg. social media, website).

If the commissioned piece contains the characters of the client's original creation, I do not retain any copyright on the said characters, only the artwork.

I may use commissioned "fan art" pieces at merch, events, banners and graphic pieces of my own (among others), the .psd files or your commissioned art might be used for Patreon Subscriptions.

Remember: the art you commission is only for your personal use, it is still my property within my rights to use as I see fit (unless you want to acquire commercial use or intellectual rights).

There is NO REFUND unless I'm unable to do your art. Please, assume that I'll get to your art when it's your turn and if anything happens I'll keep you posted. Be aware.

If the client decides to cancel order before their commission has started (meaning the client have not receive any rough sketches of their commission), they can get a full refund (Please DO NOT request Paypal chargeback).

If the client files a chargeback against me, the client forfeits all rights they had to the artwork I made for them and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Their name will publicly exposed to media for warning fellow artists. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money they have given me.

You are allowed to make the finished piece as wallpaper, prints and etc, as long as for PERSONAL USE (not for profit and commercial use).

You are allowed to repost the finished piece or use it as profile image icon, as long as credits are properly given. (Please always check the TOS of the art platform you are uploading arts to).

In some rare cases, if you needed to use the finished piece for reference, please do CREDIT me.

NEVER claims the credit for the creation of the artwork and NEVER alter your commission without my, the artist's, consent.

Clients are NOT allow to copy, modify, alter / distort, reproduce, or publish my artwork for commercial use.

Clients are NOT allow to repost my art to the following art exclusive websites/portfolios: DeviantArt, Artstation, Pixiv or Art Websites where reposting is prohibited.

Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), AI machines, or Crypto-related schemes. The use of the artwork for any advertising, profits, or "neural machine 'learning'" associated with the before mentioned is strictly prohibited.
